I had a pretty good weekend. Saturday started out slow but in the (gorgeous) afternoon I took my brand-new winter hiking boots out for their maiden voyage and introduced them to their natural habitat, in this case Highbanks Metropark.

My Big Ass Novel for April is Justin Cronin's The Passage. I'd been reading it before bed but that wasn't cutting it as it is already late April and I was only on page 150 (it's like a 700 page book), so I decided that today since I have no particular plans that I would really attack it. Tonight, Lady Gaga played a show in Columbus at the arena on campus. I would have looooooved to have gone but it's been sold out for like a year. As I left work today I drove past the arena on my way to Half Price Books, around 5:30. A line was forming outside the arena. There were TONS of awesome-looking costumes.
